My husband and I are currently posted in Bucharest from Canada. We go to Zafferano in Bucharest often. We also take visitors there. It is our favourite restaurant. The food is great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We usually go early for dinner (5-6pm) so we don’t have to make a reservation. The prices are very fair given how fantastic the food is and how well it is presented. The waiters are very friendly and accomodating, especially if you are repeat customers and tip well. I recommend the upper terrace in the summer!
