El Capitan is an old acquintance, an old and known presence in the bucharest’s restaurants with libaneese specific.Lately, a second location has oppened , on Splaiul Independentei , nicely decorated(for those who like Middle East tastes) and with a great food.
As in all arabic restaurants the services are excelent, mostly because someone from the management(the actual manager or someone close to him) supervise their employees.In general it seems like a kind of preasure on the staff, because the arabian managers are not at all soft with the employees, but the method seems to work for the customers in special.
